30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every BMW, Audi, and Alfa Romeo licensed body shell in our collection. If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your racing standards, we’ll make it right within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened decal sets (8th Rally X Decals, etc.)
- Used body shells with any signs of modification
- Custom-ordered items (special paint jobs or scaled modifications)
- Clearance items marked as “final sale”

Return all original packaging for body shells (190mm-225mm touring car bodies must include protective foam). Cockpit sets and body shell tools should include all components. - Ship to Our HQ

Our RC specialists will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund or exchange processes.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once approved, refunds process with the same speed as our same-day order processing:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days (original payment method)
- Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days (international may take longer)
Note: Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the return results from our error.
Exchange Requests
Need a different size crawler body or drift shell? Exchanges are prioritized:
- Same model exchanges ship within 24 hours of approval
- Different model exchanges may require price adjustment
- We cover standard shipping for replacement items
